We got to come home for the Mother's Day Weekend to spend time with family. Awwwww......I love coming home!
We brought the kids some gifts. They got their first diary with a lock and a giant pen. They loved them.
They were pretty excited to have their own key to keep their journals PRIVATE!
They enjoyed using my stamp cutouts and had fun creating bookmarks for their books.
The kids disappeared outside to play and Boo came in and asked for a vase. I was unsure why she needed one and when I went outside to check on the kids this is what I found.
She said that they decided to "enjoy the spring flowers" while they wrote in their books.
When I took a closer look I found that they were drawing pictures of the flower vase. She told me that most artists have their own book of artwork. That's what they were making.
They asked me to stay outside with them to "enjoy the beautiful day" and spend time with them. I really love springtime. The flowers were blooming and it was a gorgeous day with my little ones.
Howie joined us.....
The kids soon turned their pens into a "tatoo pen" and started their artwork on Papa Howie's arms.

April's tatoos look like they belong on a Lucky Charms cereal box!
I can't get enough of these cute grandkids of ours. It is always so nice to come home to visit and play with them. Tomorrow is Mother's Day and it is such a joy to be a GRANDMOTHER to these kiddos. I love them all so much!
