On the way back to Montana we came across a bunch of buffalo right on the side of the road. I have seen them before but not this close up. They were completely oblivious to the traffic passing by them and the people stopping to take pictures. In fact we drove along side one as it was walking down the road and he was so close that I could have stuck my hand out the window and petted him.
I sound so bossy at the end of this video! STOP!
As we travel back and forth to Utah each month we have been able to see a lot of different wildlife. Rams, porcupine, bear, deer and now these buffalo. Just happy that they stayed on the pedestrian side of the road :) I would hate to hit one of these BEASTS! I know what damage hitting a deer can do to the car....can't imagine a buffalo. Those horns are VERY SHARP!!!
