Robinson Christmas Tradition......

Our Robinson family has a tradition each year to celebrate Thanksgiving as well as Christmas together. The first weekend in December we have our anual "Thanks-Christmas" celebration. The holiday season gets so crazy and busy with all of the in-laws and work parties so we felt that we would combine the two holidays together for our family. I always look forward to it because I don't get the opportunity to visit with my siblings and their kids as often as I would like to.

Me and my "Lover Boy"
Hey this is a Christmas party......where is the mistletoe?????

We have the hardest time getting a good picture of us with our grandkids. I am amazed that they are all looking at the camera at one time. They are all wearing the Christmas outfits we gave them. I think they look adorable!
Our Crazy grandkids with their crazy grandparents....
I wonder where they get it from?

I love my sweet grandkids....

Our boys......
Love em to death!!!!!
Grandma "T" with her big boy Luke!

Sweet sisters....

Our darling granddaughters.....

Ahhhhh....I love this picture of the two of them together!
"Boo" with Grandma "T"

My wonderful daughters.....

My girls and my mom......

I am blessed with a wonderful extended family. I have the best nieces and nephews EVER! Here I am with Amy. She is a doll and I love her a TON!
While we were waiting for everyone to arrive Howie entertained the kids. Like always, he finds a way to make them laugh and enjoy themselves.
He was pushing the girls around on this cart. He was really buzzing them around the gym.
He also spun them around and around in circles until they could hardly stand up.

Lyss looks a little TIPSY after her ride with Papa Howie...
The boys climbed aboard for a ride on the Table cart.
Weeeeeeeeee.....

After dinner we had a special visitor. When Santa arrived it was funny to see the reaction from the different kids there. Many were just so excited to see him and others were absolutely TERRIFIED! I only have pictures of my grandkids but the other kids were really hilarious to watch. Especially Bryan and Cheryl's kids. Poor Santa.... why are kids so afraid of him?

Here is Brayden giving Santa "BONES"
Ashlee had the boys write a letter to Santa. Here is Jack reading his letter to him. SO CUTE!

Alyssa was NOT too happy to be sitting on Santa's lap! Even if he was giving out candy canes!

Lyss is much happier with her sister joining her on his lap.

Karah is a Pro at this! NO FEAR!!!!
Luke wanted NOTHING to do with Santa. He refused to even look at him. Here he is handing Santa his letter and trying to make an escape.
Once Luke was safely back in his mommy's arms he sat there as Santa read his letter.
He was even brave enough to reach out and give Santa "BONES" as long as him mom was holding him.
April and Ashlee trying to convince Santa that they have been GOOD this year!
They are such GOOD daughters that I am sure that they will NOT receive COAL this year.

Our turn to sit on Santa's lap. Poor guy....I hope we didn't squish him too much. Anyway....I don't need to ask Santa for anything this year. I have already received all that I need. I have a loving family, wonderful children, cute darling grandkids and a PERFECT husband. What else is there to ask for?????
This party was a lot of fun. I did not bring my camera with me so I am using April's pictures for this blog. I don't have pictures of the games we played but each year we have our annual "Snow ball Fight" with rolled up gym socks. It was a lot of fun once again. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. FUN TIMES, GREAT FOOD, and an AWESOME family to enjoy it all with. Thanks Teresa and Norman for all of the hard work you put into providing this special time together. We really appreciate it. FUN MEMORIES!
