The Beauty of Billings.....

Steve and I took a drive up to Billings Montana a few weeks ago to check out a possible NEW JOB! It was a GORGEOUS drive through the Yellowstone area. BEAUTIFUL scenery the entire trip. After checking out the Miracle Ear office we decided to go to the Billings Temple.

It was so pretty.

My eternal companion.....
I absolutely love to see the different temples as we travel around. They all have a unique beauty about them.

It was a FABULOUS blue, blue sky day!!! It made the temple stand out even more.

I feel so blessed to be able to enter the HOUSE OF THE LORD!
As always....I needed to take some pictures of the beautiful flowers on the temple grounds. STUNNING!!!
WOW!!! I would love to work in the flower gardens at the temple. That would be an awesome job if you ask me!

We had a wonderful session and we ended up being the very LAST people out of the temple that day besides the temple president and the greeter at the door. It was a very cool experience to go out of the dressing room and find that EVERYONE had left. It was ABSOLUTELY SILENT and I walked out of my locker area and straight in front of me was a HUGE picture of Christ. I got the most calm, loving feeling as I stopped and just admired the beauty of that great MAN! He has the most tender, loving eyes and it looked as if he was looking straight into my soul. Very cool experience as I walked the halls of the temple (trying to find my way out). I have NEVER experienced anything like it before. I had the most reverent feeling and a feeling of peace and gratitude to be in this VERY HOLY place.....all by myself! I felt a little bad that the temple president had to wait for Howie and I to FINALLY leave! We always stop by the baptismal font to take a peek. Steve worked in the Washington temple's baptistery for a while so he has a special love for that portion of the temples. I thoroughly enjoyed myself today and I am so glad we decided to take the time and visit here. I LOVED IT!!!!
