This one is probably my favorite when it comes to the "outside" of the temple and the temple grounds. Very unique.
I love the look of the palm trees lining the sidewalk area.
I also love the look of this man sitting by the fountain :)
The fountains were all turned off when we were there so that was a bummer but I bet it is awesome when it is all running.
It looked like there was an area for water to run from the temple out to these different fountains. Every so often there were bridges to cross the water. You can see it right behind me. Wish the water was turned on. It would add even more to the beauty of the temple grounds. This Temple would make an awesome place to get wedding pictures. Loved it!
Flowers.....
Yes once again the flowers on the temple grounds were spectacular!
I would love the job of planting all of these......
They had the coolest carvings on the outside walls of the temple...
These were both on the front and the back side of the temple
This is from the back. I love this picture.
I took a "Ba-Zillion" pictures of this temple but
I thought they were all so cool.
I love how the white stands out so much against all of the trees.
Not so pretty of a view. SMOG from the valley below....
God loves the little children.....
We had the wonderful experience to be the witness couple for the endowment session. We have done it quite a few times before but this temple has a definate advantage over the others. This is the perfect temple to be chosen as the couple. The way it is set up insde we had the opportunity to sit RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER and hold hands the entire time. Usually they separate the men and the women. NOT HERE :) We goofed up on one portion of it and everyone sitting behind us could see, but OH WELL! Even the officiator noticed it. Embarrassing! It was once again a beautiful day spent in the House of the Lord.
By the time the session ended it was dark outside. The temple was just GLOWING! Thanks once again Howie for taking me here. I loved it so much. You probably got sick of me snapping pictures but I was in awe. Gorgeous Temple!!!
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT!
