Steve and I were invited to Brayden's school for Grandparents Day. I was not sure I would be able to make it because I was so drugged up from my surgery a few days prior. More pain than I was anticipating. But, Steve wheeled me in the wheelchair so that I would not miss out on this special occasion. Jack was so happy to see us there. It was a great experience!
Brayden love stories....
Steve was NOT suppose to snap a picture of me without a smile pasted on my face. I didn't want Jack to know how much I was hurting this day. OUCH!!!!Here come the smiles....Cheezin it for the camera
Helping Jack with his project....
Papa with Brayden Jack at Grandparent's day....Reading stories...This is a very cute book! I need to buy it for my collection.
Making cookies....
They were suppose to make "stop light" cookies. Brayden INSISTED that the middle light is always ORANGE! I guess that tells me a bit about how his parents drive! Always running the YELLOW lights. Hmmmmmm......RED AND YELLOW MAKE ORANGE! lolYummy!
Art project with shapes...
Brayden Jack working on his masterpiece. He was sure enjoying himself. He is very artistic and love the art projects. It was fun to watch his little mind at work.
His robot is complete!
Our monkey on the monkey bars...
He has the look of DEATH on his face! GET THAT CAMERA OUTTA MY FACE SO I CAN PLAY!!!!
I am glad that we were able to share the day with Jack. It was so nice to see him and spend that special day with him. So blessed to be a grandparent! LOVE IT!
